Corporate Training

  • Pre-Evaluation-visit to company prior to training: Observe companies workplace, staff and managers, phone system and voicemail, staff calls, understanding the business environment, which allows TALKPERFECT to personalize our training to a company’s business model with management involvement. Most importantly, an honest evaluation where improvement is needed!
  • “Coaching the Coach” training is available for companies that would like to train their own staff with their own style. Our staff of trainers can re-visit company to provide a Post-Evaluation upon request.
