talkperfect, Inc. is owned and operated by Mark J. Friedlander. Mr. Friedlander graduated in 1985 with a BS in Business and Management from the University of Maryland. With over 20 years of experience in sales management, marketing and customer service supervision, Mr. Friedlander has excelled in overseeing, coaching and training sales teams in customer relations.

Director of Corporate Training - Jennifer Charles is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a BS in psychology from the Florida State University and an MS in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Tech. Jennifer has received specialized coursework in the area Performance Management and Organizational Behavior Management. After having mastered behavior change strategies, Jennifer has been able to successfully facilitate, and train hundreds of people to exhibit their best behavior in challenging and work environments.
